Campus

As a historic building, the Caux Palace offers an inspiring environment in which to study, steeped in the heritage of Swiss hospitality traditions. This unique campus offers modern facilities and is equipped with the latest technology to aid students in their studies. Caux is located in the french-speaking area of Switzerland and is an hour and twenty minutes from Geneva airport, easily accessible by car or train.

Meals

Full board is provided throughout the week and is included in the fees. Three meals are served from Monday to Friday with brunch and dinner on weekends. Students have the choice of eating in any of the food outlets on campus:

Four Seasons
The main buffet restaurant on campus serves an international buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Le Caux Palace Restaurant
A traditional fine-dining restaurant from an a-la-carte menu for lunch and dinner. Students apply food and beverage theory they have learned and practise service skills in this restaurant.

Foodies & Starbucks
Self service outlet where students can purchase, coffee, snacks, sandwiches and sweets, open 24/7.The Grotto
The students' bar and night club, open until late on weekends.

Accommodation

All accommodation is designed to offer students the comfort and privacy needed for study or to simply relax. Bedrooms are spacious, modern and comfortable; all are non-smoking. Accommodation is located in the main campus building and also in external buildings, all within walking distance.

The following rooms have all the features of a double standard room with the additional extras/changes (which are available at an extra charge):

Single Standard Room: CHF 3,200

Bed Linen and Towels
Bed linen and towels are provided for all room categories. Bed linen & towels are changed every two weeks by the housekeeping department.

Laundry
A fully equipped laundry is available in all student accommodation buildings. These facilities are card operated. Cards are available to purchase at the reception.

Cleaning
The housekeeping department cleans the rooms every two weeks.

Luggage Room
A luggage room is available in the school for students to store their luggage during the internship period if required.
